8月1日，世界绿色设计组织总干事邢雷、干事李雪、区域绿色发展委员会主席高岚华、干事石彦飞一行莅临我校访问交流。学校举办者、校长甄忠义、国际交流与合作中心主任兰新成、设计学院院长董小龙、设计学院副院长陈利伟在学校会客室接待了来宾，双方围绕绿色设计教育、产学研融合及国际合作等议题展开深入探讨。
On August 1, a delegation from the World Green Design Organization (WGDO), including Secretary-General Xing Lei, Officer Li Xue, Chair of the Regional Green Development Committee Gao Lanhua, and Officer Shi Yanfei, visited our university for an exchange. They were received in the university’s reception room by Zhen Zhongyi, President and Founder of the university; Lan Xincheng, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center; Dong Xiaolong, Dean of the School of Design; and Chen Liwei, Associate Dean of the School of Design. The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics such as green design education, integration of industry-university-research, and international cooperation.
邢雷首先介绍了世界绿色设计组织的发展历程与核心使命，强调绿色设计在推动全球可持续发展中的重要作用。他表示，高校作为人才培养和科技创新的重要阵地，在绿色理念传播与实践应用中肩负关键责任，希望与我校搭建长期合作平台，共同探索绿色设计领域的教育创新与项目落地。
Xing Lei began by introducing the development and core mission of the WGDO, emphasizing the vital role of green design in promoting global sustainable development. He highlighted the crucial responsibility of universities—as centers of talent cultivation and technological innovation—in spreading and applying green concepts. He expressed hopes of establishing a long-term partnership with our university to jointly explore educational innovation and project implementation in the field of green design.
甄校长对邢雷一行的到来表示欢迎，并详细介绍了我校在绿色设计相关学科建设、科研成果及人才培养方面的进展。他提到，学校始终将绿色发展理念融入教育教学全过程，已在环境设计、可持续材料研发等领域形成特色优势，期待通过与世界绿色设计组织的合作，进一步提升学科国际影响力，培养更多具备全球视野的绿色设计人才。
President Zhen warmly welcomed the delegation and gave a detailed overview of the university’s progress in green design-related disciplines, research achievements, and talent cultivation. He noted that the university consistently integrates green development concepts into all aspects of education and teaching. With distinctive strengths in areas such as environmental design and sustainable materials research, he expressed hope that cooperation with the WGDO would further enhance the international influence of our disciplines and nurture more green design talents with a global vision.
此次访问双方一致同意，将在师生交流、联合科研、赛事合作等方面推进具体合作，为我校与国际组织的深度合作奠定了坚实基础，也为学校绿色设计学科的高质量发展注入了新动能，进而为全球绿色设计事业发展贡献力量。
Both parties agreed to promote concrete cooperation in areas such as faculty and student exchanges, joint research, and collaborative competitions. This visit laid a solid foundation for deepened collaboration between the university and international organizations, injected new impetus into the high-quality development of our green design disciplines, and contributed to the advancement of the global green design cause.
