国际交流与合作中心（国际教育学院）作为学校国际交流工作的归口管理部门，承担着重要职责。一方面，严格贯彻执行中央及上级主管部门的方针政策，精心拟定学校国际合作与交流工作的相关规章制度，制定长远的工作规划，全面行使涉外工作的管理职能。另一方面，通过对国际合作交流活动进行专业的管理、精准的指导、高效的协调与贴心的服务，有力地推动学校教学、科研和管理水平的提升。紧密围绕“一带一路”倡议，积极探索并开展“小而美”的国际交流项目，以此提升学校的国际知名度和影响力。
国际教育学院专门负责学校来华留学生的招生、培养和日常管理工作。学院始终秉持“主动学习，快乐成长”的教育理念，持续完善服务和育人模式。在留学生管理方面，学院以自我教育、自我管理、自我服务为基石，构建起科学的导学服务体系和信用体系，致力于优化学习支持与过程管理，助力培养知华、友华、爱华且具备全球胜任力的国际化人才。
目前，学校已与韩国、意大利、俄罗斯、乌克兰、英国、美国、德国、马来西亚、泰国、柬埔寨、加拿大等国家的42所院校建立了稳固的合作关系。合作领域不断拓展，逐步推进校际合作（研究生联合培养）、中外合作办学、来华留学、境外办学等多个方面的合作。学校现有来自“一带一路”沿线国家的100余名留学生。
The International Exchange and Cooperation Center (Department of International Education) serves as the centralized management department for the school's international exchange work and shoulders significant responsibilities. On the one hand, it strictly implements the guidelines and policies of the central government and superior authoriti-es, meticulously formulates relevant rules and regulations for the school's international cooperation and exchange, and develops long-term work plans, fully exercising the m-anagement functions of foreign-related affairs. On the other hand, through professional management, precise guidance, efficient coordination, and considerate services for i-nternational cooperation and exchange activities, it effectively promotes the improvement of the school's teaching, scientific research, and management levels. Closely cent-ering around the Belt and Road Initiative, it actively explores and carries out "small yet impactful" international exchange projects to enhance the school's international visib-ility and influence.
Department of International Education is specifically responsible for the recruitment, cultivation, and daily management of international students studying at the school. The department always adheres to the educational philosophy of "active learning, happy growth" and continuously improves its service and education models. In terms of intern-ational student management, the school builds a scientific tutoring service system and credit system based on self-education, self-management, and self-service. It is comm-itted to optimizing learning support and process management, and helping to cultivate international talents who understand, befriend, and love China and possess global co-mpetence.
Currently, the school has established stable cooperative relationships with 42 institutions in countries such as South Korea, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, the Un-ited States, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Canada. The scope of cooperation is constantly expanding, gradually promoting cooperation in various aspects, incl-uding inter-university cooperation (joint postgraduate training), Sino-foreign cooperative education, international student enrollment, and overseas education. There are cur-rently has more than 100 international students from countries along the Belt and Road.
