2025年暑假期间，我院部分来华留学生选择留校学习生活。为保障各国学子度过一个安全、充实、舒心的假期，学院统筹部署，推出全方位保障计划，彰显国际化办学温度。

全员师资保障：学院建立全体教师轮流值班制度，确保每日有专人在岗，随时响应学生学业咨询、行政事务、紧急联络等多元化需求。生活服务升级：学生公寓管理中心实施24小时值守，加强宿舍安全巡查，细化水电维护、卫生管理等日常保障，为学生们提供便捷服务。学习空间无忧：学院指定活动室假期持续开放，空调、网络等设施全面维护，营造优质学习环境。

此次暑期安排，是我院践行“以学生为中心”服务理念的生动体现，从学业支持到生活关怀，从资源开放到安全保障，多维度、精细化的工作举措，让身处异国的学子们真切感受到学院的温暖与责任，为他们在华的学习成长提供了坚实后盾。

During the 2025 summer vacation, some international students chose to remain on campus for study and daily life. To ensure these students from various countries have a safe, fulfilling, and comfortable holiday, the Department of International Education has made comprehensive arrangements by launching an all-round support plan, demonstrating the warmth of our internationalized educational approach.

All-Staff Faculty Support: Thedepartmenthas implemented a rotating faculty duty system, ensuring dedicated personnel are available daily to address students’diverse needs, including academic counseling, administrative matters, and emergency assistance.Enhanced Living Services: The Student Apartment Management Center provides round-the-clock service, intensifies dormitory safety inspections, and implements detailed arrangements for daily maintenance such as utilities and sanitation, offering convenient support for students.Uninterrupted Learning Spaces: Designated activity rooms remain open throughout the holiday, with facilities including air conditioning and internet access fully maintained to create a high-quality study environment.

These summer arrangements vividly reflect the Department of International Education’s commitment to the "student-centered" service philosophy.
