11月26日上午，意大利芬奇文化协会一行莅临河北美术学院，与学校就艺术创作、人才培养、文化传播等领域合作事宜举行专题座谈会。河北省政协侨胞代表、意大利芬奇市市长特聘助理、深圳市芬奇文化艺术交流有限公司董事长王天奇，意大利芬奇文化协会主席Alessandro Petrini及相关代表随同到访；河北美术学院执行校长甄墨，国际交流与合作中心副主任郝金龙等出席会议。会议由兰新成主持。
On the morning of November 26th, a delegation from the Italian Vinci Cultural Association visited Hebei Academy of Fine Arts and held a special seminar with the university on cooperation in fields such as artistic creation,talent cultivation, and cultural communication.Wang Tianqi, Representative of Overseas Chinese of the Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Special Assistant to the Mayor of Vinci (Italy), and Chairman of Shenzhen Vinci Culture and Art Exchange Co., Ltd., led the delegation alongside Alessandro Petrini, Chairman of the Italian Vinci Cultural Association, and other relevant representatives.Zhen Mo, Executive President of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, and Hao Jinlong, Deputy Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center, attended the meeting, which was hosted by Lan Xincheng.
甄墨指出，河北美术学院始终坚守“传承文化、链接世界”的办学理念，坚信艺术是跨越国界的文明纽带，此次与芬奇文化协会的交流，是学校践行“一带一路”文明互鉴倡议的重要举措。王天奇、Alessandro Petrini先后致辞，高度肯定学校办学成果，表达了深化中意艺术文化领域合作的强烈意愿。
Zhen Mo pointed out that Hebei Academy of Fine Arts (HEBAFA) has always adhered to the educational philosophy of"Inheriting Culture, Connecting the World,"firmly believing that art serves as a cross-border bond of civilization. He emphasized that the exchange with the Italian Vinci Cultural Association represents a key initiative for the university to practice the "Belt and Road" initiative of cultural mutual learning.Wang Tianqi and Alessandro Petrini delivered speeches successively, highly affirming HEBAFA's achievements in running the university and expressing a strong willingness to deepen cooperation in Sino-Italian artistic and cultural fields.
在交流研讨环节，双方围绕潜在合作方向深入交换意见，达成广泛共识，一致同意以此次座谈为契机，持续推进中意两国在艺术创作、人才联合培养、文化传播等方面的务实合作，共同书写文明互鉴新篇章。
During the exchange and discussion session, both parties conducted in-depth exchanges of views on potential cooperation directions and reached broad consensus. They unanimously agreed to take this seminar as an opportunity to continuously promote practical cooperation between China and Italy in areas such as artistic creation, joint talent cultivation, and cultural dissemination, and jointly write a new chapter of cultural mutual learning.
