6月25日下午，河北省国际交流促进会第二次会员大会暨第三次理事会在石家庄召开，河北美术学院国际交流与合作中心主任兰新成代表学校参会。

On the afternoon of June 25th, the Second Member Conference and the Third Council Meeting of Hebei International Exchange Promotion Association were held in Shijiazhuang. Lan Xincheng, Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Center, attended the conference on behalf of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts.

会议由叶长青主持，首先召开第三次理事会，表决通过新增会员及副会长候选人。随后会员大会正式举行，刘晓军会长作年度工作报告，总结促进会在服务国家外交战略、推动河北国际合作等方面的成果；王纪军秘书长作财务报告及会费管理办法说明。会上还举行战略合作协议签署、专家及新会员证书颁发仪式，中国外商投资企业协会副会长张召堂等嘉宾围绕国际交往能力建设开展专题授课。

The meeting was chaired by Ye Changqing. First, the Third Council Meeting was convened to vote on new members and vice-president candidates.Then，the member conference officially began. President Liu Xiaojun delivered an annual work report, summarizing the association's achievements in serving the national diplomatic strategy and promoting Hebei's international cooperation. Secretary-General Wang Jijun presented the financial report and explained the membership fee management measures. The conference also included the signing of strategic cooperation agreements, the awarding ceremony for expert and new member certificates. Guests such as Zhang Zhaotang, Vice President of the China Association of Foreign Investment Enterprises, gave special lectures on the construction of international communication capabilities.

作为会员单位，河北美术学院将依托促进会平台，持续深化国际交流合作，为河北国际教育发展与对外开放事业贡献力量。

As a member unit, Hebei Academy of Fine Arts will rely on the association's platform to continuously deepen international exchange and cooperation, and contribute to the development of Hebei's international education and the cause of opening up.
