根据《河北美术学院外国留学生学籍管理规定》第十章第三十七条，留学生在学校规定的修业年限内，完成以下条件的留学生，准予毕业。汉语等级要求：须达到国家汉语水平考试（新HSK）四级（含四级）以上。

请毕业班学生于2022年7月13日前提交纸质版HSK四级证书，含报考姓名、准考证号和证书编号至北城堡304办公室。境外学生可提供境外报考的HSK四级证书电子版。

未能及时提交HSK四级证书造成的无法正常毕业等后果，由学生本人承担。

According to Article 37 of Chapter 10 of the "Hebei Academy of Fine Arts Academic Regulations of Foreign Students",Foreign students who accomplish the following conditions within the period of study regulated by the university will be approved to graduate and obtain degrees：Foreign students must pass HSK level 4 (or above) before graduation.

Graduating students are requested to submit a paper version of the HSK Level 4 certificate, including thename, admission ticket number and certificate number, to the North Castle 304 office beforeJuly 13, 2022.Studentswho are out of China canprovide the electronic version of HSK Level 4 certificate taken overseas.

Failure to submit the HSK Level 4 certificate in time will result in failure to graduate and other consequences, which shall be borne by the students themselves.
